Delivery Information
We aim to ship most orders within 1-3 business days after they are placed. During busy periods, processing times may take longer, and we appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday only.
- Total Delivery Time: This includes both processing and shipping times.
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping Time: 15-20 business days
Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This number allows you to follow your package's journey from our distribution center to your doorstep.
For registered users, the tracking number will also be available in your account purchase history for easy access.
